Bio
Ms. Barnhart represents family members and individuals who have suffered from brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological damage, psychological injuries, and the loss of family members.
Prior to joining General Partners LLP, Ms. Higgins was a partner in a national defense firm. She has also served as a prosecutor and has worked in politics both within City Hall and as a consultant. She has a unique perspective having worked in civil defense for many years and has extensive trial experience from her background in both the civil and criminal courts. Ms. Barnhart has been awarded with the Northern California Rising Star commendation for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, and has been chosen as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Northern California in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
Ms. Barnhart volunteers her time to multiple nonprofits in the Bay Area, serving as a board member and mentor. She lives in the Bay Area with her family, where they enjoy hiking, running, and all that beautiful Northern California has to offer.
